You are booking a booth for Dallas QUADM on Sept 5 in sha Allah. This purchase is non-refundable. Please see additional details below -
Here is some very important venue related information -
1. FOOD VENDORS: No open food for sale is allowed at the venue - everything must be pre-packaged and ready to be sold before you arrive.
2. DRINK VENDORS: We only have 4 specific spots for open drink vendors who will make their drinks at the event. (1 coffee, 1 matcha, 1 mocktails, 1 chai) Once those 4 spots are full, drink vendors can only join if they sell bottled drinks.
3. OUD VENDORS - Anyone burning incense must book a booth in the hallway. If you sell Oud but will not be lighting it, you can book in the main hall.
4. OPEN SAMPLING OF FOOD OR DRINKS: Anyone offering open sampling of their food must have a food permit and it must be displayed at your booth. Open food sampling cannot exceed 2oz portions and would require you to obtain a Food Handler/Temporary Health Permit from the City of Plano. The license must be purchased in advance of the show opening date according to the requirements of the City of Plano Health Department. **If you do not have open samples, you do not need a permit for the event.
5. BACKDROP: If you have a booth that is not against a wall you MUST have a backdrop or your customers will see the back of your neighbor's booth. The back of your backdrop MUST be clean. It may show on the other side where your neighbor is so please ensure it is presentable.
6. TWO BOOTHS: If your business needs more space, vendors are welcome to book two booths next to each other.
